By accessing and using TextSharp image text enhancer and text image enhancer services ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this image text enhancer service.

TextSharp provides image text enhancer, text image enhancer, and AI image text enhancer services that improve the clarity and readability of images containing text. Our text enhancer in image processing uses machine learning algorithms to enhance image quality, reduce noise, and sharpen text with image enhancer text technology.

To use our image text enhancer and text image enhancer service, you must create an account and keep an active subscription. Plans unlock premium processing for up to 200 images per calendar month. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Unused monthly usage does not roll over to the next month
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with notice
• Account sharing is prohibited

You agree not to use our image text enhancer and text image enhancer service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content for text image quality enhancer processing
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI text image enhancer algorithms
• Use the text image enhancer from PDF service for commercial purposes without permission

You retain ownership of images you upload for image text enhancer processing. By using our text image enhancer service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the AI image text enhancer service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

All subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms and authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan. Subscriptions are prepaid and become active immediately after successful payment.

We strive to maintain high service availability for our image quality enhancer for text but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the image text quality enhancer service for maintenance or updates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextSharp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our image text enhancer and text image enhancer service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms regarding AI image text enhancer usage. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these terms for image text enhancer and text image enhancer services at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
